Russia leveled part of an apartment building while residents slept on Friday in a missile attack near the Port of Ukraine Odesa which according to the authorities killed at least 21 people, a few hours after Russian troops left the Black Sea Post on Snake Island.

In South Ukraine, Russian troops have occupied the Nuclear Factory Zaporizhhia, the largest in Europe, since March. On Friday, Ukraine’s nuclear power operator said that he had rebuilt its relationship with the interrupted surveillance system there.
