New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Wednesday was referred to as the “disabled” of the Juhan Chawla environmental actress against the setting of the 5G wireless network in the country and said it was submitted for “media publicity”.
The court also asked Chawla to file a lawsuit without providing representation to the government about its concerns related to technology.
Justice J R Midha said the plaintiff, Chawla and two others were asked to first approach the government for their rights and if rejected, they must come to court.
The court, who ordered order on a suit after hearing arguments from various parties, also asked why 33 parties had been added to complaints and said it was not permitted based on the law.
“This is not the sweet will of the Plaintiff to join many parties and causes of action. Please see the party memo. Tell me how you join them. Every party cannot be arranged in the setting,” said the judge.
The court further said, “This is a broken complaint. This lawsuit has been submitted only for media publicity and nothing more than that. This is very surprising.”
