In Sushant’s Case, NCB Prisoners Bandra Lord & Dawood Fan Medicines Who Collect Snakes & Weapons

The Narcotics Control Bureau has captured 25-year-old drug vendors Haris Khan for alleged links with gangsters and drug sellers Parvez Khan alias Chinku Pathhan, a colleague Underworld Dawood Ibrahim, said an NCB official on Wednesday. NCB will also investigate the role of Khan in a drug case related to Bollywood Sushant Singh Rajput actor last year, the official added.

Haris Khan was arrested on Tuesday after the NCB team, led by zonal director Sameer Wankhede, carried out attacks in various locations on the outskirts of Andhhandwala and Bandra, officials said. “Until now, the NCB has captured Khan in connection with the case of the Chinku Pathhan medicine, but his role in drug cases related to SSR’s death will also be investigated,” the official added.

When NCR arrested Haris Khan, it did not only confiscate drugs from his house but also a snake species and endangered weapons were also collected. Medication traders have previously been ordered previously under the following section – section 188 (disobedience to order correctly announced by civil servants), 269 (negligent actions tend to spread infection of dangerous diseases for life) and 34 (general intentions) from the Indian criminal code (IPC ) and part 4 (license for acquisition and have certain description weapons in certain cases) and 25 (weapons ownership) ACT, 1959 and section 37 (1) (prohibit certain actions for disruption prevention), 135 (total rule) of law – Maharashtra police, 1951 and ARMS, 1959 for using a sword.

Last week, anti-drug agents had caught Sushant Singh Flathmate Siddharth Pithani from Hyderabad in drug cases related to the death of actor. NCB on Sunday also questioned two former former Domestic Workers Neeraj and Keshv who were managed by this case. NCB has captured Pathhan, Henchman Dawood Ibrahim and relatives of Mafia Don Karim Lala, in January this year from neighboring Navi Mumbai after damaging the drug trading racket.
