Navy India approached the Ministry of Defense for the acquisition of the Predator Drone

With the Indian Navy full of the performance of two unarmed predators from the US, the armed forces have encouraged the initial acquisition of the MQ-9 drone to meet the challenges posed by the enemy. Both China and Pakistan now have armed drones Wing Loong II with precision strike capabilities.

The Indian Navy is set to approach the Ministry of Defense for the acquisition of 30 Predator crossing drones from the US for three services to fight the challenges posed by Wing China Loong II drone with strike capabilities. Chinese weapons drones have been obtained by Pakistan and have plans to jointly produce the same as the Chengdu Aircraft Corporation parent manufacturer.

The Indian Navy, which has been designated as a leader by the Army and Air in the acquisition of the MQ-9 drone, has asked the Ministry of Defense to hold an initial defense procurement council meeting under the leadership of Defense Secretary Dr. Ajay Kumar to get the project cleaned in principle. After cleaning the project, the Navy will move the defense acquisition council for the acceptance of the needs (AON) procurement, which will be carried out through the US foreign military sales route under the government to the government scheme. The Navy and two other services are most satisfied with the performance of two unarmed drone predators on US rent because they have developed the awareness of the maritime domain from the Sunda Strait in Indonesia to East Africa Seaboard. Indian Navy, Army, and the air each will get 10 MQ-9 Predator Drones, equipped with guided bombs and hell fire missiles.

While the production of the Defense Department raised the problem of signing Mou with Israel at Defexpo 2020 to develop and sell drones at the defense planning committee meeting to discuss the acquisition of predators, the armed forces had shown that Israeli drones for hunters.
