The Taliban Prison Administration Office announced that they had released 14 women from a female prison in the capital of Afghanistan Kabul, reported Tolo news.
The body said that inmates were issued as a result of the assessment conducted by the government delegation.
A statement sent to the media by OPA reads that “14 female prisoners were released on Thursday, February 3 as a result of the assessment conducted by the delegation of five members.”
The deputy of the resentment body at the Taliban Interior Ministry Moulayee Abdulhaq said that the prisoners released promised not to carry out activities that endanger the social order and it was illegal and / or contrary to Islamic law, reported Tolo.
This step comes in the midst of the second sample report from the Lost Women’s Rights Activists – Two more allegedly kidnapped this week – which triggered international reactions, with many public figures and organizations demanding information about the fate of these missing women.

US special envoys for Afghan women, Rina Amiri, said that if the Emirates Islam seek legitimacy from the world and people in Afghanistan, it must respect the human rights of Afghanistan.

The United Nations repeats its calls for all female activists and relatives who are lost to be released,” UN said mission in tweets .
