Imran Khan Denotified As Pakistan PM After Parliament Dissolved: Report

Islamabad: Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Casaf (PTI) Imran Khan has been renovated as Pakistani Prime Minister, said Media Report on Sunday.
A statement was issued in this case from the country’s cabinet division after the dissolution of the National Assembly, Geo News reported.

Denotification came after the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly (NA) Qasim Suri rejected the movement of not confidence in the Chairperson of the PTI and called it “Uncontitutional”.

Pakistani opposition parties have contemplated their actions ahead after the motion of not confidence in Imran Khan was rejected and the National Assembly was dissolved.

The opposition leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif said that Imran Khan’s speakers and the National Assembly of Asad Qaear will be tried in Article 6 of the Constitution after their government fell, the business recorder reported.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Chairman of the Pakistani Peoples Party (PPP), said that the opposition would start a legal battle” against “the unconstitutional verdict by the Deputy Na speaker”.

After the no-trust movement against Imran Khan was dismissed on Sunday, the Pakistani army said it was not involved in politics.

Pakistani Chairman Judge Umar ATA said that all orders and actions initiated by Imran Khan and the President regarding the dissolution of the National Assembly would submit to the court order.

Chief Justice of the Justice made observations after paying attention to the current situation in the country after the dismissal of the movement without confidence in Imran Khan by the Deputy Deputy Speaker Suri.
